The "Registration Certificate for EU Nationals", better known as Yellow Slip, confirms your legal residence in Cyprus.
It is valid for an unlimited period of time as long as you live here and forms the basis for almost everything:

Basically, every EU citizen who moves to Cyprus – whether employee, entrepreneur or retiree.
The authorities distinguish between three groups:⃣

- Registration with social security
- Proof of rent or ownership (at least 1 year)Health

- Proof of account or income (approx. 15 000 € + or at least 2 000 € per month)

Once you have the document in your hands, you can:
- Apply for your Tax ID (TIC),
- register as a Non-Dom (0% tax on dividends & interest for 17 years)
