British TV presenter and farmer Jeremy Clarkson has revealed in the latest episodes of his hit series Clarkson's Farm that he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. The news became public in the final episodes of the fifth season, which were released in June 2026.

According to Clarkson, the disease was fortunately discovered at an early stage. After a biopsy, doctors decided to surgically remove part of his prostate. The 66-year-old explained that about ten percent of the prostate had been affected by cancer.

The scenes in Clarkson's Farm, in which Clarkson informs his close colleagues Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland about the diagnosis, are particularly emotional. Despite the serious situation, the former Top Gear presenter was optimistic and emphasized that the early detection may have been life-saving.
