By uploading or publishing content, the user grants MFRadio.de a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual licence to store, display, distribute and use such content within the scope of the services offered, including for promotional purposes.

MFRadio.de may offer live chats or interactive areas. Users must comply with standards of respectful conduct.
MFRadio.de is not responsible for opinions expressed by users and reserves the right to delete content or exclude users who violate applicable rules.

Music broadcast by MFRadio.de is licensed in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
For programmes broadcast within Germany, the relevant rights are licensed and remunerated via GEMA (Germany).

For programmes broadcast within Germany, the relevant rights are licensed and remunerated via GEMA (Germany).

For all other broadcasts, music rights are licensed through the competent Cypriot collecting society CYPRA.
In addition, MFRadio.de also broadcasts original productions and directly licensed or royalty-free ai content, which is not subject to collecting society fees.
15. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Amendments to these Terms of Use must be made in writing and shall become effective upon publication on the websites of MFRadio.de.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
