§1 General Provisions and Definitions of Terms for MFRadio.de
MFRadio operates an Internet portal via domains such as "MFRadio.de" and "MFRadio.com" under the concept of "User Generated Radio™" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This service allows members to use their own radio station, podcast, or an artist/musician/DJ channel for personal or commercial purposes.
Responsibility and licensing of the online radio service Mission
Freedom Ltd, based in Cyprus, is exclusively responsible for marketing, advertising and editorial support within the framework of MFRadio.de.
The actual broadcasting operation of the online radio is legally and technically carried out by the Graf von Kronenberg Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt) based in Germany. The latter is solely responsible for the broadcasting of the program as well as for the licensing and rights processing via GEMA Deutschland in accordance with German copyright law.
Freedom Ltd, based in Cyprus, is exclusively responsible for marketing, advertising and editorial support within the framework of MFRadio.de.

Definitions:
"Provider" for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions is Mission Freedom Ltd, Cyprus. It provides the platform, the user account system and the technical infrastructure.
"Broadcasting Operator" is Graf von Kronenberg Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany. She is responsible for legal broadcasting operations and music licensing.

"Visitors" are all Internet users who access the Service.
"Members" are Visitors who have entered into a contract with the Provider to use the Service.
"User" means both Visitors and Members.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all current and future business relationships and govern all services offered as part of the Service.
§2 Scope of Services
The Provider provides various free ways of using the Service, including:
- Registration within the Service and use of the associated forum
- Operation of a personal Internet radio station
- Provision of an upload function (stream) for music titles
The streaming infrastructure is provided by Mission Freedom Ltd put. The GEMA and GVL licenses as well as streaming fees are taken over by the Graf von Kronenberg Group UG. Contractual agreements have been made for this.
Since the main content is created in Germany and mainly used by German-speaking members, the licensing is carried out by GEMA Germany.
Advertising within the radio streams and players:
The provider reserves the right to place advertising within the radio streams and players.

Paid additional services:
Members have the option to purchase more storage space or additional features for an additional fee. These prices are listed in a price list on MFRadio.de and MFRadio.com.

The provider does not guarantee that the standard database of the service contains all desired music tracks. Similarly, there is no guarantee of the success of a member radio station (podcast/artist/DJ channel).
The Provider may change, interrupt or permanently discontinue the service at any time, without prior notice to the Member.
§3 Conditions of Participation, Conclusion
- of Contract The use of the service is only permitted for persons aged 14 and over.
- The user is obliged to provide truthful information and to keep his data up-to-date.
- The registration of the member constitutes the conclusion of the contract for the use of the service.
- The use of fee-based services takes place with the order placed by the member.
- The selected membership period begins with activation by the provider.
§4 Fee-based services
- Registration is free of charge.
- The operation of a free internet radio station is also free of charge.
- Additional fee-based services are listed in a separate price list.
Payment methods:
- Payments must be made in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: prepayment, direct debit, credit card.
- The User authorises the Provider to collect any amounts due from the specified account.
- In the event that a direct debit fails, the user will be responsible for the chargeback fees as well as an additional processing fee of €5.
§5 Exclusion of members and users
MFRadio reserves the right to exclude members or users from using the service if they violate netiquette or fundamental human rights. This applies in particular:
- Hate speech
- Discrimination on the basis of origin, religion, skin colour, gender or sexual orientation Dissemination

- Incitement to violence or terrorism
- Dissemination of false information or fake news
Such exclusion can take place immediately and without prior warning. MFRadio supports a respectful and inclusive community and does not tolerate any violations of these values.
§6 Licenses & Copyrights (GEMA & GVL)
The online radio offer of MFRadio.de is subject to the license terms of GEMA and GVL Germany.
The necessary legal processing and licensing is carried out by the Graf von Kronenberg Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Members are required to comply with applicable copyright laws and to use only authorized material. Copyright violations may result in immediate ban from the service.
