§1 General Provisions and Definitions of Terms for MFRadio.de
MFRadio.de operates an Internet portal under the domains "MFRadio.de" and "MFRadio.com" under the concept of "User Generated Radio™" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The service allows members to create their own editorial audio formats such as radio broadcasts, podcasts or musician/artist/DJ channels and make them accessible to a German-speaking audience.
Accountability and Licensing:
Mission Freedom Ltd, based in Cyprus, is responsible for the technical provision of the platform, the community organization, as well as the non-commercial operation and editorial support.
The Graf von Kronenberg Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Germany, is responsible for the legal broadcasting operation of the main stream as well as for the proper licensing of music via GEMA and GVL in accordance with German copyright law.

- Visitors": All users who access the platform
- "Members": Visitors with a registered user profile

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and content offered as part of the service.
§2 Scope of services
The platform offers the following free usage options:
- Access to audio streams and editorial content
- Participation in community formats (e.g. own contributions or interviews)
- Use of optional tools for programming and interaction
Streaming infrastructure:
The technical infrastructure is provided by Mission Freedom Ltd.
The GEMA/GVL licensing for the main stream is carried out by the Graf von Kronenberg Group UG on the basis of contractual agreements.

Advertising:
Advertising within the radio streams is only permitted in the AI channel (MFRadio.ai).

§2a Structure of Audio Channels & Legal Distinction
MFRadio.de operates two separate audio channels, each with its own legal basis:
- MFRadio.de Germany – GEMA/GVL-licensed main channel
Contains copyrighted music, licensed by the Graf von Kronenberg Group UG.
The stream is non-commercial and contains no advertising. - MFRadio.ai – AI-based music channel (GEMA/GVL-free)
Contains only AI-generated or public domain music whose rights have been transferred to MFRadio.de by the authors.
This channel is operated independently of the main stream.
Commercial use is expressly possible here (e.g. advertising, sponsoring).
§3 Conditions of Participation, Conclusion of Contract
- The use of the platform is permitted from the age of 14.
- Users undertake to provide truthful information when registering.
- A contractual relationship begins with the activation of the user account.
- Additional functions for a fee are agreed separately.
§4 Fee-based services
- The use of the basic service is free of charge.
- Fee-based services (e.g. premium functions) are listed in a separate price list.
- Payments are made in advance by prepayment, direct debit or credit card.
- Chargeback fees are borne by the user (processing fee: €5).
§5 Exclusion of users
Users can be excluded from the platform if they:
violate - applicable laws or netiquette
- disseminate discriminatory, extremist or inflammatory content Violate

An exclusion can be made immediately and without warning.
§6 Licenses & Copyrights (GEMA/GVL)
The main stream "MFRadio.de Germany" is licensed by the Graf von Kronenberg Group UG GEMA-/GVL-licensed.
All integrated works in this channel are protected by copyright and are broadcast on the basis of appropriate licenses.

Members and users undertake to contribute only legally acquired or own content.

§6a Content with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The channel "MFRadio.ai" only uses content that has been generated with the help of AI systems (e.g. SUNO, AIVA, Boomy, etc.) and released for use by the respective authors.

§8 Choice of Law & Place of Jurisdiction
The - law of the Republic of Cyprus applies to the Platform and editorial offerings.
